Job Position: Warehouse Worker

Location: Justin, TX 76247

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

The warehouse associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations,

including receiving materials, inventory control, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping.

Ensures incoming shipments are accurately received, inspected, and entered into inventory, while

maintaining organized stock and preparing customer orders for timely shipment. Maintains

accurate inventory records and helps ensure a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

This person must be able to simultaneously work on multiple tasks with little or no supervision.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and inventory against purchase

orders and packing slips.

• Record and organize received inventory in designated storage locations.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of

accuracy.

• Process shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments.

• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and assist with inventory audits.

• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.

• Ability to safely climb a 6-foot ladder to stock, retrieve, and organize inventory

stored on shelving.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.

• Assist with general warehouse operations and support team productivity.

• Lift heavy boxes up to 50 lbs

• Occasional duties using a Fork Lift

Qualifications:

• High School education required. 2 to 3 years of experience as a warehouse or

shipping employee is preferred

• Capable of working with little or no guidance

• Must be familiar with the shipping requirements used by the major shipping

carriers.

• Proficient in the use of shipping tools and equipment (Weigh Scales, Tape gun

Counting scale, Microsoft email program, Impulse Sealer).

• The ability to learn the in-house manufacturing software.

• Ability to work in a team environment both within the shipping department

and with other departments
