Accounting Manager – Industrial Products (based in Bogor)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on industrial products. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8 years’ experience in Accounting and Tax, for the job of Senior Accountant. The job is based in Bogor, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include: 

• Direct reporting to Country Manager and Regional Business Controller SEA
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily accounting operations, including accurate financial record-keeping and reconciliation.
• Achieve full compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and reports.
• Provide accurate and insightful financial reports to support decision-making. Ensure reports are prepared in a timely manner and comply with accounting standards
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks
• Optimize cash flow management, ensuring liquidity for operational needs and efficient management of working capital.
• Timely processing of claims, payroll – FTR, and other commercial activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 8 years’ experience in accounting, in multinational company
• Experience in the same position Accounting, reporting and financial analysis
• Experience in managing daily accounting operations and payroll
• Finance Accounting and Tax optimization knowledge
• Recognized professional qualification (qualified accountant)
• Familiar with SAP system and application
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Strong analytical skills 
• Strong time management / strong ability to manage to deadlines
