We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join a busy corporate office on a 3-month contract. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will work closely together to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing administrative support across the leadership team.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join a busy corporate office on a 3-month contract. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will work closely together to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing administrative support across the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Act as the main point of contact for office suppliers, building management, maintenance, couriers, and stationery providers
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and general office administration
- Ensure meeting rooms and shared office spaces are maintained to a high standard
- Coordinate new starter onboarding, including security passes, workspace setup, parking access, and office inductions
- Maintain office records, staff access databases, and seating arrangements
- Monitor office supplies, kitchen stock, and general workplace amenities
- Support the planning and coordination of office events, town halls, volunteering activities, and team functions
- Assist with travel bookings, expenses, calendar management, and administration support for senior leaders as required
- Coordinate Fire Warden and First Aid coverage across the office
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Team Assistant, Workplace Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, confident, and approachable communication style
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders is highly regarded
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of office operations
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
