Collarcare® is currently seeking Registered Nurses for hospital contracts across New South Wales. We have opportunities across a wide range of specialisations and are looking for experienced RNs who are willing to travel for contract opportunities.

The role requires strong clinical skills, sound decision-making, adaptability and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital environment.

 

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in hospital settings
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and acute clinical situations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Adapt to different hospital environments, teams and clinical settings

Key Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Australian hospital experience
  • Current National Police Check
  • Relevant mandatory competencies/trainings as required
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Willingness to travel for hospital contracts across NSW
