Description: Crate Builder / Production Associate

Location: Mesquite, TX

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Crate Builder / Production Associate to join our team in Mesquite, TX. This position involves building custom wooden crates and pallets for shipping and packaging using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Build wooden crates and pallets according to specifications.

  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials.

  • Operate nail guns, drills, and other hand and power tools safely.

  • Inspect completed crates for quality and accuracy.

  • Keep the work area clean and organized.

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous construction, carpentry, warehouse, or crate-building experience is a plus but not required.

  • Comfortable using nail guns, drills, tape measures, and basic hand tools.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
