Pay:
• Local: Starting at $35/hr (W2) with $1000 bonus
• Travel (50+ miles): ~$1,570/week
• $18/hr taxable
• $850/week stipends (non-taxed)

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides care, treatment, and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as complex medical, mental health, and behavioral health needs in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
• Educate patients on medications and care plans
• Complete accurate documentation and charting
• Perform computer data entry (training provided)
• Follow facility policies and procedures (ICF-IDD, HHSC standards)
• Support the overall health, safety, and well-being of residents
Requirements:
• Active LVN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements
• Must complete drug screening and fingerprinting
• Must complete required facility training
• Start date based on completion of compliance/clearance
