We're working exclusively with a highly respected client to secure a skilled and experienced new dentist for their high-end city-fringe practice.
Our client operates a modern, well-equipped dental practice near Newmarket. They are seeking a part-time dentist to join their friendly and experienced team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to deliver quality care to a growing patient base, utilising state-of-the-art technology, including digital OPG and TRIOS 3D shape scanners.
The owner and lead dentist has a great reputation for his dental knowledge and skills, as well as for his patient care, practice management, leadership, and company culture. He is happy to provide mentorship (if required), and his management style ensures fellow dentists and staff grow, prosper, and remain with the practice long-term.
This is initially a two-day-per-week permanent part-time opportunity, preferably Monday & Tuesday each week. However, the number of days and actual days may have some flexibility for the right person. Further, it is highly likely that the new dentist will have the opportunity to increase their workdays/hours in the future.

The Requirements
- Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, including crowns, bridges, cleanings, root canals, extractions, and fillings
- Ability to perform comprehensive check-ups and provide exceptional patient care
- Experience working in a largely digital practice
- Familiarity with EXACT software
- Confident and skilled in delivering high-quality dental services
- Committed to staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies
- Team player with a genuine focus on patient care
Qualifications
- Dental degree and current registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing dentist in NZ, Australia, the UK, Canada or the USA
- Strong English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and fellow team members
