ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Contracts Administrator will collaborate closely with site, design and project teams to deliver multiple high-end projects across NSW for reputable and well-known clients/brands. Projects range up to $30M in value. You will liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

- Cost control and budgeting
- Client management and liaison
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in a building-related discipline preferred
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar
- Experience working with Design Management and Pre-Construction is desirable
- Experience working on commercial fitout & refurbishment projects
- Demonstrated stability and strong track record with previous employers
