Project Manager – High-End Fitout 

Melbourne | Senior Project Delivery Role

Redpath Partners is partnering with an established, privately owned project delivery and construction business to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to its Melbourne team.

Operating within some of the most design-led and high-end sectors of the construction market, the business has built an impressive fit out portfolio across hospitality, hotels, lifestyle and complex refurbishment projects.

With a strong pipeline of work ahead, they are looking for an accomplished SPM who can lead projects from early engagement and pre-construction through to delivery and handover.

The Role

This is a hands-on senior delivery position with significant responsibility across client management, commercial outcomes, design coordination and construction delivery.

You will:

• Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Manage complex refurbishment and fit-out projects, often within live environments
• Lead and mentor project teams across PM, CA/PE and site functions
• Maintain ownership of programme, budget, procurement and project risk
• Work closely with architects, designers, consultants and specialist subcontractors
• Drive design development and value management
• Build strong relationships with clients, operators and key stakeholders
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality and project presentation
• Work closely with the senior leadership team across project strategy and delivery

About You

You will ideally be an established Project Manager or Senior Project Manager coming from a commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment background.

Experience across high-end hospitality, hotels, premium commercial fit-out or similarly design-intensive projects would be particularly well regarded.

You will bring strong commercial capability, confidence dealing directly with clients and consultants, and the ability to manage the detail required to successfully deliver complex, high-quality projects.
