Are you friendly and great with people, looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team in a dual role combining Customer Service and Debtor Control.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in debtor control, call centre operations, sales, and customer service who is ready to take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll be doing:

  • Main point of contact with customers (residential and commercial) to assist in establishing accounts, customer enquiries, processing orders and payments, advising customers on usage and delivery, and selling and arranging installation of appliances
  • Managing debtors, following up overdue accounts and establishing payment plans, working with customers going through hardship, escalating non-payments, reporting and maintaining records
  • Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships
  • Managing daily emails, phone calls and related office tasks
  • Supporting the team in a fast-paced, professional environment

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centre experience and Debtor Control experience
  • Someone who is comfortable with answering fast-paced calls
  • Someone who is comfortable having difficult conversations, showing empathy and discretion where required
  • Experience in Administration tasks, including Debtor Control, A Must
  • Organised, reliable, and eager to learn new skills
  • A proactive, team-player attitude
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
  • Must live locally to Canning Vale, Western Australia
  • Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen and have a clean National Police Clearance
  • Have full working rights within Australia with no hourly limitations and no length of employment limitations
