We are seeking 10 Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our teams working in Queenstown.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing allocated rooms within the allocated time
• Replenishing and controlling guest supplies and amenities, including bathroom amenities, mini bar, towels and linen
• Preparing each room to the required standard
• Rotating and replacing room items in accordance with set requirements, such as mattress protectors, bedspreads and pillows
• Reporting missing items from guest rooms, such as kettles, cups, glasses, irons and hangers
• Presenting guest rooms to hotel standards
• Providing buddy training when directed by the manager or supervisor
• Following company policies and procedure manuals
• Reporting maintenance required in rooms

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
• A professional and reliable attitude
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required

Qualifications No formal qualification or previous work experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided.
