We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing civil infrastructure business, overseeing the delivery of complex civil construction and structural projects across Australia.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Pour) and civil structures.
Based out of the Brisbane office, this is a national position responsible for overseeing projects across multiple states, requiring regular interstate travel and engagement with project teams on site.
This role will suit someone who can take ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, providing strong commercial, operational and project leadership while driving outcomes across multiple projects and locations.

The Opportunity
- Lead the successful delivery of civil infrastructure and structural construction projects nationally.
- Oversee project planning, programming, budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants and key client relationships across multiple states.
- Provide leadership across construction methodology, sequencing, quality and safety.
- Work closely with the General Manager to drive project performance and operational outcomes.
- Maintain regular engagement with site teams, including interstate travel as required.
- Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager capacity within civil construction.
- Essential: Demonstrated FRP experience
- Strong understanding of civil infrastructure, structures and construction methodologies.
- Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated experience managing project budgets, cost control, forecasting, contractual obligations and overall project profitability.
- Experience overseeing projects across multiple locations or regions will be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management will be highly regarded.
- Senior leadership position reporting directly to the General Manager.
- Brisbane-based office with responsibility for projects nationally.
