The School
We’re working with a well-established Special Assistance School in Queensland that provides an alternative education pathway for students in Years 11 and 12 who have disengaged from traditional schooling. The school focuses on supporting young people to re-engage with education while developing practical skills and vocational pathways that lead to employment or further training.
The campus offers a supportive, student-centred environment where well-being, belonging, and individual support are at the core of the learning approach. Staff work collaboratively to deliver trauma-informed and inclusive education practices, ensuring students feel safe, valued, and empowered to succeed.
This position is based at the Southport campus, where you will work closely with the campus leadership team, educators, and well-being staff to strengthen student support frameworks and help drive positive outcomes for young people completing their senior schooling.
