Responsibilities:
- Execute end to end charge regression and charge protocol testing on vehicle level
- Run tests, report results, triage issues to systems engineers, software developers, and TPM’s
- Cover AC Charge and DC Charge capability
- Plan and execute DCFC Charge Capability Integration
- Coordinate HW + SW dependencies across vehicle subsystems (BMS, Thermal, etc..)
- Identify test dependencies and prove out across thermal system, hv system and charge system
- Execute test plan with subsystem stakeholders and report out to TPM
- Contribute to design and requirements of charge system features such as DCFC Preconditioning, scheduled charging, etc…
Skillset:
- Previous experience and work on EV Charging
- Familiarity with charging standards such as:
- ISO 15118, DIN 70121
- J1772 / J3400
- Experience with charge protocol tools and testing offerings from Keysite, Vector, etc..
