Client-Side Project Manager

Adelaide | Full-Time | Property Development

An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager (or Development Manager) with strong capability in delivery-stage and hands-on execution across active developments.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of residential land development projects. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage delivery of residential land development projects
• Oversee civil works and infrastructure delivery,
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including councils, consultants, contractors, and community groups where required

• 3–8 years’ experience in project management or development delivery roles
• Strong experience across residential projects, with exposure to industrial projects highly regarded
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple parties
• Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative approach
• Strong understanding of delivery-stage project environments
