Voice Picker (AM)

Chandler Macleod is seeking Voice Pickers to join our client in Hazelmere. In this role, you will use a voice-directed picking system to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal instructions are essential.

Shift Times: 5.00am-1.00pm Monday to Friday with additional overtime 

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Use a voice-picking headset to receive instructions for order selection.
• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to voice instructions.
• Pack and prepare products for shipping, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with voice-directed systems (training provided).
• Must be able to lift 20kg repetitively and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Must be available for minimum three shifts per week
