职位描述
1.负责Zoom Phone 前端架构设计与性能优化，确保系统的高稳定性、可维护性与可扩展性
2.参与大型技术课题的规划与落地，制定中长期技术路线，具备前瞻性思维并能推动实施；
3.推动团队工程效率提升，建设高质量前端工程体系；
4.参与产品需求分析与用户体验优化，确保交互设计与性能表现达到国际化标准；


 

职位要求
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年及以上 Web 前端开发经验；
2.熟练掌握JavaScript、ES6规范、网络通信等前端知识，熟悉主流的MVVM前端开发框架，有全栈开发经验；
3.对架构、稳定性和性能优化有体系化思考；有成功的工程架构开发经验，成功服务于百万级以上用户规模的产品；
4.熟练使用AI辅助开发工具（如 Cursor、Claude Code, Codex任一等）；
5.英语流利，能够在全英文环境中进行会议沟通与技术协作；
6.具备良好的沟通能力与跨团队协作经验，能够协调多方资源推动项目落地；


 

加分项（Optional）
1.有云通信、呼叫中心或企业协作类产品开发经验；
2.有跨端开发经验（Electron、Hybrid、React Native任一等）；
3.对于安全、逆向、性能优化等任一有深入的了解，有实际的落地经验；
