About the role

We’re looking for a 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology team and build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates across permanent, contract and project-based technology recruitment.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, combining proactive business development with strong candidate management and market expertise. You’ll become a trusted adviser to your clients, understanding their technology and workforce challenges, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that create genuine, long-term value.

Working closely with our Practice Lead and broader Technology team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Build, grow and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates

• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities

• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and technology professionals

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent, contract and project-based assignments

• Provide clients with informed advice and insights based on your knowledge of the technology market

• Solve complex recruitment challenges and deliver tailored workforce solutions

• Collaborate with the broader Technology team to grow our market presence

• Deliver an exceptional experience for clients and candidates at every stage

About you

You’re an experienced agency recruiter with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for connecting great technology talent with the right opportunities. You’re comfortable owning the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from developing new business and building client relationships through to sourcing, engaging and placing exceptional candidates.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• A proven track record of business development and client relationship management

• Recruitment experience across specialist areas such as Digital, Data, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, ERP or Software Engineering (highly regarded)

• Strong commercial acumen and a demonstrated ability to achieve business development and recruitment targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and recruitment technologies

• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary recruitment platforms

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related discipline
