Apply directOur client is hiring multiple Project Managers (2 in Dallas–Fort Worth and 2 in Houston), and they’re seeking professionals who bring a balance of technical competence, financial awareness, and strong leadership on electrical construction projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in both commercial and healthcare environments, with at least one healthcare project completed as a PM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience across construction, design, finance, and project management
- At least 2 years’ experience working for a commercial electrical contractor
- Proficiency with industry software such as Primavera, Expedition, construction management systems, and standard MS Office tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced understanding of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings, and contract documentation
