The RMA requires the services of 2 Level 1 Support Technicians who meet the general qualifications of Support Technician, Technical Services, Help Desk and Operations and the specifications outlined in this document for the Office.
Key Responsibilities:
To assist in the manual labor and support associated with the computer/docking station refresh project. These staff would be performing the day-to-day work of imaging, replacing the computers and migrating the data. The process by which this is performed will be provided by the agency. These staff will be part of a team which include an agency subject matter expert, and a project manager to coordinate and lead the work. Windows 11 technical support experience would be helpful but is not required.
