What can you expect?

• Driving the continuous improvement process

• Supporting the plant manager in process engineering matters in close cooperation with research and development, application engineering and quality control

• Transferring new products and processes from the laboratory stage to the pilot and production phase

• Participation in the evaluation and commissioning of new plants and plant modifications

• Deputy to the operations manager in all matters of operations management

What do you bring with you?

• A completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or chemical engineering (ETH/Uni/FH)

• Initial experience in the chemical industry, preferably in plastics production

• Knowledge of project management is an advantage.

• Independent, responsible and structured work style as well as strong communication skills

• Good English skills and willingness to perform on-call duty.
