This is a premier opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist seeking advanced surgical complexity, stability, and long-term financial security in a major academic environment.
Practice at the highest-acuity hospital in Nevada, serving as the region’s referral hub for complex cardiac, thoracic, trauma, and transplant cases. This facility is home to the state’s only Level I Trauma Center, only Verified Burn Center, and a comprehensive transplant program, offering a level of case complexity not found elsewhere in the market.
You will provide anesthesia across a full spectrum of cardiothoracic procedures, including:
Open heart and bypass surgery
Complex valve and structural heart cases
Multi‑stage aortic surgery
Minimally invasive and robotic thoracic procedures
Esophageal resections and advanced VATS cases
This is an employed model focused on clinical excellence—not production pressure, with a stable, team-based environment and consistent high-acuity case mix.
