Job Description:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Validate configurations across ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM, ITOM, CSM
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks using ServiceNow ATF
• Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to review requirements, identify gaps, and raise defects early.
• Log, track, and manage defects through the full lifecycle using Jira or equivalent tools.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration — triggering automated tests on code commits and deployments.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during testing
• Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives and maintain testing documentation.

Mentor junior QA team members and conduct peer reviews of test cases.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of QA/testing experience across functional and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing (manual + automation)
• Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Knowledge of JavaScript (for scripting in ServiceNow)
• Experience in API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with defect management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
