Job Description:
As the Property Manager at our new and growing Milldale village, you will be responsible for leading a small team who look after the ongoing compliance and maintenance of all village property, grounds, and other village assets.
Typical duties include:
- Day to day site management including repairs and maintenance
- Coordination of refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projects
- Property and asset planning
- Working with our residents to listen to their concerns and feedback and ensuring we are creating great environments with the highest of standards
This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday (40-hours per week).
Qualifications:
You will naturally take pride in maintaining and developing beautiful gardens and facilities and love to share your ideas and passion with your team. You’ll also bring with you:
- A relevant trade qualification and significant experience in a related area
- A good understanding of complex building systems and regulatory compliance
- Good computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft office
- Proven success of leading teams to deliver great customer service
- Great communication skills to aid you in building strong relationships across the residents and village teams.
