Customer Service Advisor

**Immediate Start Monday 3rd August 2026**

KC Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in the Shirley area on a full-time temporary basis for a 4 week assignment.

Hours for the role are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm 37.5 hours per week and offering an hourly rate of £13.46 per hour. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities Of the Customer Service Role:

• Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently.
• Processing orders and updating customer information accurately on internal systems.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
• Managing customer records and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Following up on outstanding enquiries and providing regular updates to customers.
• Assisting with general administrative duties as required.
• Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with company standards.

The Ideal Candidate for the Customer Service Role:

• Previous customer service and administration experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to start on Monday 3rd August.
