About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, the Safety and Wellbeing Manager leads work health and safety, wellbeing, workers compensation and return to work across our sites. This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine scope to shape how safety is understood and practised across the organisation.2

You will set the safety and wellbeing strategy and translate it into practical plans, systems and behaviours on the ground. Day to day, you will lead and support the WHS team, oversee incident and hazard management, run the internal audit and inspection schedule, manage claims and return-to-work outcomes through a proactive Loss Prevention Recovery (LPR) approach, and partner with SafeWork NSW, insurers, brokers, senior leaders and operational teams.

The role is based in North Ryde and requires regular travel — driving and flying — to sites across the Sydney metropolitan area and regional NSW.
