A growing primary care group is opening a brand-new state-of-the-art facility in California's Sierra Foothills and is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its collaborative team of 8 providers.
Are you an experienced primary care physician who is tired of bureaucracy, endless administrative burdens, and feeling like just another number in a large health system? Position:
• 100% outpatient primary care.
• 4-day work week, no weekends required.
• No call responsibilities.
• $315,000+ guaranteed base salary.
• Manageable volume of 16–18 patients per day.
• 2 dedicated MAs per provider+ AI scribing support.
• Robust sign-on and relocation provided.
• Comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid health premiums, retirement, PTO, and CME allowance.
