About the Role:
As a Uniform Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel’s uniform operations. From coordinating laundering schedules to issuing and repairing uniforms, you’ll ensure that our team looks professional and ready to provide exceptional service every day.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the issuing and receiving of staff uniforms
- Coordinate uniform laundering and conduct basic garment repairs
- Maintain accurate records of uniform inventory
- Support the housekeeping team by answering phones and logging requests
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized uniform room
- Assist with general housekeeping admin tasks as needed
- Prior experience as a laundry or uniform attendant
- Basic sewing skills and attention to garment care
- Strong communication and time-management abilities
- High level of reliability and professionalism
- Physically able to lift and sort uniforms as required
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
