Fundraising Assistant (2-year contract, renewable)

· Support the implementation of strategies for multi-channel donor acquisition;

· Handle donation forms including data entry and filing;

· Conduct outbound calls, such as welcome calls and donation follow-up;

· Provide administrative support to donor recruitment, including but not limited to venue booking, logistic arrangement, vendor coordination and follow-up work;

· Support office administrative work and database management;

· Assist with donor activities and participate in other fundraising activities as needed;

· Provide support for office administrative tasks and database management;

· Carry out other related tasks as required in the team or Agency.

· Associate degree / Diploma in marketing, business administration, or any related discipline.

· Minimum 1 year of experience, preferable in customer service, administration, fundraising or marketing fields

· Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills

· Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and a good team player

· Excellent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.

· Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

· Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
