We’re seeking a Break Relief to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping in all areas of production and packaging to facilitate efficient flow of the product throughout the process.What You'll Be DoingAs a Break Relief, your core responsibilities will include:? Operate machines and adjust as needed.? Maintain production for various positions and departments while stationed workers are on their breaks.? Perform product quality checks.In addition, you will also be expected to package, palletize and wrap products, adhere to GMP guidelines, maintain a safe and healthy work environment. What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:Qualifications:? Experience in food manufacturing preferred, 3 years production experience required.? Must have knowledge and experience with a weight scale. ? Must be able to do basic math (add, subtract, divide and multiply).Skills:? Flexible, willing to help where needed. Able to learn various machines and positions.? Able to lift up to 50 lbs max.?
