We are currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Coordinator to join a busy housing and asset management team on a temporary basis to provide cover during a period of sickness absence. This is a full time, temporary role based in the Stratford Upon Avon area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and confident administrator who enjoys speaking with customers, managing data, and coordinating appointments. Strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Coordinator:

  • Contact customers to arrange and schedule stock condition survey appointments.
  • Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track daily activities and survey progress.
  • Investigate and help resolve issues relating to hard-to-access properties.
  • Liaise with neighbourhood management teams to coordinate joint visits where required.
  • Manage survey appointments and support diary coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all data is up to date.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider surveying and asset management teams.

To be considered for the Stock Condition Coordinator:

  • Previous administration, scheduling, customer service, or coordination experience.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience within housing, property, repairs, scheduling, or asset management environments would be advantageous.

  • Initial 8-week assignment with potential for extension
