A leading global insurance and asset management company is looking for an experienced Data Architect / Data Governance to shape the future of its enterprise data architecture and governance.

Responsibilities:
- Support the assessment and improvement of current and future data systems in alignment with business needs
- Contribute to enterprise data modeling across relational systems, including Star Schemas, SCDs, MDM domains, and data integration patterns
- Support the design and enhancement of Azure‑based data platforms (Landing, Staging, Refined zones)
- Support Data Migration Initiatives
- Contribute to data migration and MDM initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams
- Assist with data mapping, validation, audit trail documentation, and data quality checks
- Support and improve ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Informatica, and Python
- Collaborate with SMEs, IT teams, and external vendors to support timely and accurate migration to the new system.

Required Skills:
- Extensive expertise in data architecture and governance, including enterprise data modeling (Star Schema, SCD), MDM, metadata management, and designing cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, storage, databases)
- Proven leadership in large-scale data migration programs, with hands-on experience guiding ETL/ELT pipelines, defining data mapping/validation frameworks, and coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors
- Strong technical and communication capabilities: proficiency in Python and Databricks, deep understanding of OLTP/OLAP processes, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and mentor data engineering teams

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:00, Mon-Fri
Working Style: Hybrid (1-2 days office, remainder WFH)
