Für einen unserer Großkunden suchen wir derzeit eine Unterstützung, die die nachfolgenden Anforderungen erfüllt:

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Support von Laptops, Desktops, Thin Clients, Peripherie und Smart Devices
  • Betreuung von Industrial Devices, Digital Signage, Kiosk- und A/V-Systemen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Endgeräten
  • Installation und Deinstallation von UC/VC-Gateways und Servern (Cisco, Avaya, Audiocodes, Microsoft)
  • Durchführung von Updates, Patches und Client-Installationen
  • Vor-Ort-Support, Resident Engineering und 3rd-Level-Unterstützung
  • Onboarding von IT-Infrastrukturen und Standorten
  • Netzwerkanschlüsse, Eventbetreuung und forensische Client-Sicherung

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung im IT-Onsite-Support und Field Service
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Hardware, Endgeräten und Peripherie
  • Erfahrung mit UC/VC-Systemen, Kiosk-Systemen und A/V-Technik
  • Kenntnisse in Client Imaging, Softwareinstallation und Patchmanagement
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Erfahrung mit Cisco, Avaya, Audiocodes oder Microsoft von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
