Our client is a leading supplier of conveyor products and engineering solutions to the mining industry and is seeking a Technical Account Manager  to join their Perth team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mining, conveyor or bulk handling experience who enjoys working closely with customers, solving technical problems and supporting business growth.
About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work with key mining customers to provide technical support, assist with conveyor-related issues and identify opportunities for engineering services and product solutions.

Key duties include:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Providing technical support and problem-solving assistance
• Conducting site visits and conveyor inspections
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
• Preparing reports, quotes and recommendations
• Working closely with engineering, production and sales teams
• Managing customer requests and ensuring high levels of service
• Supporting ongoing business development activities

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Experience within the mining, resources or bulk handling industries
• Knowledge of conveyor systems (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
