• Permanent Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities
• Flexible FTE options (0.6, 0.8 or Full-Time)
• Hourly rates from $43.98–$53.19 per hour + Super
• Salary packaging available
• Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates
• Potential eligibility for the Federal Government Rural LAP relocation program (up to $16,000 reimbursement for eligible applicants)

The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide high-quality clinical care while working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents, mentor care staff and contribute to positive clinical outcomes.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Delivering safe, person-centred clinical care
• Medication administration and clinical assessments
• Care planning and documentation
• Supporting and supervising care staff
• Working collaboratively with the wider clinical leadership team
• Maintaining compliance with aged care standards and clinical governance requirements

 
About You
We're looking for Registered Nurses who have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• At least 12 months' post-registration experience
• Previous aged care experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
• Confidence working independently and making sound clinical decisions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Australian working rights
