Position Overview

Senior-level technical support role responsible for performing a broad range of clerical, administrative, and financial support functions. This position supports financial operations, reporting processes, compliance activities, and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize financial and operational records
• Perform data retrieval, tracking, and compilation activities
• Support financial reporting, including:
  • Budget tracking
  • Variance analysis
  • Cost tracking
  • Month-end close processes
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
• Assist with limited accounts payable functions
• Support inventory-related activities and performance indicator tracking
• Complete additional administrative or financial duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in administrative, clerical, or financial support functions preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred, where applicable
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage confidential financial information accurately and efficiently
