Personal Assistant to CEO

*This person should be within 10 miles of Manhattan, and have the ability and willingness to be in Greenwich, CT as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Run errands, including shopping, deliveries, and returns
• Coordinate household needs such as vendors, services, and maintenance
• Arrange transportation and manage travel logistics (cars, trains, flights)
• Assist with scheduling appointments, reservations, and daily plans
• Provide in-person support at the executive’s residence(s)
• Accompany the executive as needed for travel, meetings, or events
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers
• Handle ad hoc tasks and last-minute requests

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar support role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• High level of discretion and reliability
• Ability to travel frequently between CT, MA, and NYC
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Valid passport and ability to travel as needed
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
