Redpath Partners are proud to be partnering with MAB to appoint a Senior Project Manager (Civil & Infrastructure) to support the delivery of some of South Australia’s most significant urban renewal and masterplanned community developments.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading private property developers and take a lead role in the planning, procurement and delivery of major civil infrastructure, remediation and land development projects that will shape Adelaide’s future.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager – Project Management, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of civil infrastructure works across two landmark developments:
The Gasworks, Bowden - a transformational urban village within Adelaide’s premier urban renewal precinct.
Port Stanvac - a large-scale mixed-use masterplanned community featuring approximately 3,000 residential dwellings alongside commercial, retail and employment-generating uses.
Working closely with internal development teams, consultants, contractors and authorities, you will drive project outcomes across cost, programme, quality and stakeholder management while ensuring successful project delivery from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of civil infrastructure and land development projects.
- Manage consultant teams through design, approvals and construction phases.
- Oversee contractor procurement, tendering and contract administration.
- Drive programme, budget and risk management outcomes.
- Manage remediation and enabling works associated with major development sites.
- Interface with service authorities, regulators and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with safety, environmental and compliance requirements.
- Provide project reporting, forecasting and commercial oversight.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience delivering land subdivision, civil infrastructure or urban development projects.
- Strong project management capability across design, procurement and construction delivery.
- Experience managing consultants, contractors and authority approvals.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and commercial management skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
Experience in contaminated land remediation, environmental management or large-scale urban renewal projects will be highly regarded.
