Welfare Cleaner

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Welfare Cleaner to work on a construction site in Brighton, East Sussex.

Location: Brighton, East Sussex – BN2
Start Date: Friday 11th September 2026
Duration: Friday 11th September to Monday 21st September 2026
Working Hours: 7:30am – 6:00pm
Paid Hours: 9.5 hours per day
Pay Rate: £16.71 per hour (Umbrella)

Duties

  • Cleaning welfare facilities and communal areas on a construction site

  • Emptying bins and maintaining a clean and tidy environment

  • Cleaning toilets, canteen and other welfare areas

  • Following site health and safety procedures

  • Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained throughout the working day

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card

  • Previous cleaning experience, preferably on a construction site

  • Right to Work in the UK

  • Full PPE, including:

    • Hi-vis

    • Hard hat

    • Safety boots

    • Gloves

    • Safety glasses

Candidates must be available for the full duration of the assignment and be able to reliably travel to Brighton, BN2.
