Truly unique career opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join highly regarded Legal 500 Scottish firm based within their Aberdeen office.

The role will involve managing a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:

• Property purchases and sales
• Transfers of title
• Re-mortgages
• Client liaison and relationship management
• Working closely with lenders, estate agents and other professional contacts
• Supporting the continued growth and success of the Inverness office

The successful candidate will have previous experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload, strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures, excellent organisational skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
