Position Overview

A growing advanced manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support facility infrastructure, production equipment, and utility systems. This individual will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and facility support activities to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate has strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience and can work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Based on the uploaded job description.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment, pumps, motors, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and facility-related issues.
• Support building infrastructure including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and inspectors to maintain compliance with applicable regulations and codes.
• Conduct preventative maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Maintain maintenance records, parts inventories, and required documentation.
• Assist with facility improvements, equipment moves, and special projects.
• Support safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials when required.
• Respond to equipment and facility emergencies as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Experience working with production equipment, motors, pumps, and facility systems.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Associate's degree or technical training preferred.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation.
• Exposure to machinery, noise, temperature variations, and industrial work conditions.
• Overtime may be required based on production demands.
