Your Role

As an Agronomy Product Specialist, you will:

Conduct field visits to advise farmers on best practices and product applications.
Provide technical expertise on biological products, focusing on their real-world impact.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelors Degree in Agronomy or related field (mandatory).
PCA or CCA certification (mandatory).
Field-oriented experience – you should be just as comfortable in an orchard or field as in a meeting room.

Ability to travel throughout California, including occasional overnight stays.
Experience in biostimulants and specialty fertilizers is a plus.
