Senior Project Manager – Oil & Gas / Pipelines / Construction

• Salary Package + 50% Site Uplift
• FIFO & Project-Based Rosters (Roster Varies Depending on Project Requirements)
• Perth Based with Site Travel Across WA

Our client is a well-established and growing contractor delivering major projects across the oil & gas, pipeline, construction, and infrastructure sectors. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects from tender handover through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute leader who thrives in both office and site environments and enjoys managing high-performing project teams across multiple project locations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with contractual, safety, quality, and commercial requirements.

You will provide leadership to project teams, manage client relationships, oversee project budgets and schedules, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction and pipeline projects
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and reporting requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Drive a strong safety-first culture across all project activities
• Oversee project resources, site teams, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Review and approve project documentation, quality plans, and construction methodologies
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining project profitability
• Mentor and develop project personnel to achieve successful project outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery systems and processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 10+ years' Project Management experience within Oil & Gas, Pipelines, Construction, or Infrastructure
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects from start to finish
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and financial performance
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of HSEQ requirements within a construction environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced project environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management systems
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
