Thriving hospital with an award-winning organization in Southern Minnesota seeks a new Family Medicine physician due to retirement
Position Highlights
•Full-spectrum Family Medicine - OP, IP, and ER (with opportunity to customize your scope of practice based on your preferences)
•“Provider preference” is more than just a buzzword here – there’s flexibility here for virtually every part of practice
•Focus on quality of care – extremely reasonable daily patient volumes & lots of autonomy to practice as you would like
•4-day week & 9 weeks of Time Off = spend less than 50% of your time each year at work
•Plenty of experienced staff keep this practice running smoothly and efficiently

Compensation & Benefits:
•Competitive Evergreen Base Salary starting at $350,000 - commensurate with scope, skills, and experience
•You can count on highly competitive earnings without stressing out over production here

•$160,000+ recruitment package including signing bonus, relocation assistance, and more
