As a Global FP&A Manager, you will be overall responsible for financial corporate planning and regular business forecasts for overseas operation of Cybereason group. You will also be a part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process.

 

What you will do

  • Help business leaders to upgrade an annual budget and improve relevant process
  • Work with business leaders to set up and then periodically review key strategic and performance metrics regularly
  • Analyze variances in the budget and resolve these issues
  • Oversee forecasting process and business performance to drive improvements
  • Analyze and adjust forecasts regularly
  • Provide monthly reports to leadership 
  • Support the decision-making processes of the business
  • Develop and execute a mid-term and long-term business plan
  • Provide ad-hoc support for the business 

 

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on work experience in corporate planning and forecasting
  • Creating and upgrading financial modeling in Excel
  • Financial analysis using financial modeling and data analytics
  • Setting up KPI and performance metrics, and driving business through monitoring them
  • Business-level English language skills and fluency in Japanese
  • Manage overseas operation or work in the global environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to own the operation independently and professionally
  • Team player
