Location: Swords, Co. Dublin
Hybrid: 2 days office-based per week
This is a key position responsible for providing expert employee relations support across the business, managing a broad range of ER matters, and partnering with managers to deliver fair, consistent, and commercially focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage WRC claims and employment relations cases from initiation through to resolution.
- Gather, review, and maintain all relevant case documentation and evidence.
- Liaise with managers, employees, legal representatives.
- Prepare submissions, correspondence, and supporting documentation for WRC proceedings.
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters to minimise organisational risk.
- Attend WRC hearings, mediations, reconciliations, and related meetings where required, representing and supporting the organisation throughout the process.
- Monitor outcomes and implement any resulting actions or recommendations.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Demonstrated employee relations experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Irish employment law and WRC procedures
- Experience attending WRC hearings.
- Experience managing complex employee and industrial relations cases, including engagement with trade unions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Practical, solution-oriented approach with strong judgement and commercial awareness
