As a UI/UX Product Designer, you’ll help elevate the user experience and interface design of technology products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product owners, developers, analysts, QA testers, and stakeholders—to create intuitive, visually compelling designs that align with user needs, business goals, and internal design standards. If you’re a creative, user-focused problem solver who thrives in an agile environment, this role is built for you.
Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a technology product environment
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work effectively in an agile technology team and take ownership of design tasks
- Experience conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus (not required—see Nice to Have)
- Experience designing user interfaces that are visually consistent, intuitive, responsive, and accessible
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries
- Familiarity with advanced usability improvement through analyzing usability test results and iterating quickly
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 4 years of related professional experience
- Associate degree and 6 years of related professional experience
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years of related professional experience
