About the role
The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function during a temporary vacancy. This role is crucial to ensure continuity in financial operations while the regular staff member is away.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices and manage payment schedules
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist in the transition of accounts payable duties during the handover period.
