Public Sector People are partnering with a Community Housing Provider to recruit an Office and Facilities Coordinator to join their Corporate Services team for an initial 3 month temporary engagement with view to extend.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities or corporate services professional who enjoys creating safe, well organised workplaces while leading day to day office operations across the organisation.
Based in Melbourne, you will oversee office facilities, contractor management and workplace services across multiple locations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure offices operate efficiently, safely and in line with legislative and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day office operations across multiple office locations.
- Manage facilities, contractors and planned maintenance programs.
- Coordinate office relocations, furniture, equipment and workplace improvements.
- Manage contractor performance, service agreements and compliance requirements.
- Ensure offices comply with health, safety, fire and building regulations.
- Coordinate office access, security, inductions and workplace amenities.
- Support fleet administration, travel coordination and broader corporate services initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and facilities documentation.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and service providers.
- Experience in facilities, office management or corporate services coordination.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors and service providers.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating small teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A practical, proactive and solutions focused approach.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally between office locations.
