• True 4 day work week (also open to 3 days)
• Best-in-industry compensation: generous base salary (higher than what 90% of practices across the country offer) + additional wRVU & quality bonuses
• Up to $300K in recruitment incentives - can be customized to include sign-on bonus, relocation, loan reimbursement, training stipend
• Join a practice that has been established for over two decades &is based at the region's top community hospital
• Collaborate with an experienced Hematologist/Oncologist who is excited to welcome a new colleague & is happy to provide mentorship
• 70% solid tumor, 30% heme (no acute leukemia or complex heme)
• Robust clinical & admin support, including highly experienced NPs (exceptionally strong in heme, takes point on patient questions about infusions, symptom management, etc.)
• “Other than seeing patients and finalizing notes, everything else is done for you here! I drive from an hour away to work here because I like it so much… it’s happy & relaxed, and after decades in practice, I know how rare that is.” -current Oncologist
